Facilities
The Jethro Centre is a modern 23,000sq ft building which provides top class facilities including multi use halls, conference space and meeting rooms which are available for hire for permitted activities. All rooms have WIFI connections. The Centre is available to hire Monday to Friday (9am to 10pm) and Saturday (9am to 5pm). All bookings are dependant on room availability, staff/volunteer availability and acceptance of the full terms and conditions of hire. The Centre is not open for public hire on a Sunday.
MAIN HALL
The main hall offers a large and flexible space suitable for a wide range of activities, from meetings to concerts, bowls, birthday parties and beyond. Current activities conducted in the main hall are dance classes, sports activities, "Toddler Time" for up to 50 children, drama productions, conferences, and short mat bowls (7 mats). This list is far from conclusive so please contact us if you feel the hall could be of benefit to your organisation or activity.

THE YOUTH SUITE & YOUTH ANNEX
Flexible, spacious, and full of natural light during daylight hours, the Youth Suite is one of our most popular rooms for hire. With a hardwood effect floor and optional stage/sound system, it can be utilised for a range of activities.
The main youth suite is also supplemented by a smaller annex (connected via a removable partition wall) which allows for two distinct spaces. For example, a birthday party and post-party food serving. You can hire either the suite and annex together or just one room, whatever suits your needs. Current uses include Lynsey Allen Ballet School, Health Trust public meetings, Youth Projects, Zumba Class, Mothers Union, Cubs & Scouts, small intimate performances of music/drama and many others.

THE BOARDROOM
Perfect for workshops, seminars, board meetings or a range of other activities our Boardroom has functionality to offer. Able to seat 35 in either theatre or 17 in a boardroom style arrangement. It is conveniently located near the front doors / lobby area and is a popular choice for rental.

THE SEMINAR ROOM
Our seminar room is ideal for small meetings, workshops, training and even music practice. Able to seat 25 in a theatre style arrangement, it is warm, intimate and home to many of our own groups and activities.

THE WORKSHOP
The Jethro Workshop has a functional, rectangular shape, hard "easy clean" floors, acres of worktop space and the ability to arrange tables and chairs into a layout that suits your needs. Primarily suited to Arts and Craft type activities, its flexibility also allows for use for training sessions, birthday parties, catered events and other events where fun and space are the name of the game.
Current uses include Art Class, Jewellery Making, Craft Classes, Training Events and much more.

THE PALMS SUITE
The PALMS Suite is not available for public hire on Wed, Thurs and Friday. Outside of that period it is an excellent option for meetings, seminars, training and even coffee mornings (subject to agreement). Two rooms are connected a double door facilitating a flexible space. The PALMS suite also opens onto the PALMS garden area. *Please note this room features displayed crafts and decoration as part of our PALMS Day Centre service onsite.

THE QUIET ROOM
Situated away from the main hustle and bustle of Centre life, our Quiet room provides a little oasis of calm when needed. Decorated with comfortable chairs, soft furnishings and bespoke artwork by local artist Andi Oakes, the quiet room is an excellent alternative to more formal meeting spaces. Examples of current uses for this room include informal conversations, counselling sessions, training workshops, book groups and general youth activities.

THE KITCHEN
A spacious and well-equipped kitchen is available for healthy eating courses, cookery classes, party food preparation and more. NOTE: Kitchen hire is strictly limited to certain activities and subject to additional terms & conditions.

CAFÉ INCREDABLE @ THE JETHRO CENTRE
We have a fabulous on-site Café which can facilitate all your catering needs. The Café is leased and operated by IncredABLE, a voluntary organisation creating meaningful social, recreational, and educational opportunities for people with a learning/intellectual disability and/or autism.
Café IncredABLE @ The Jethro Centre is also open to the general public Tues – Sat 9.15am to 4.00pm throughout the year for a range of hot meals, snacks and drinks.
